Are You Impatient? Don’t Worry It Will Take Some Time to Have Adsense Earn Money For You

By Tuan Vy On May 21, 2009 No Comments

One of the hardest things to do is to be patient while your Adsense website slowly gains more back links and rises higher and higher into the search rankings.  You have to understand that to be successful at having a profitable Adsense business means having patience, the easiest step will be website creation and the hardest step will be actually promoting your website and gaining more one way links so that your site will climb up closer and closer to that number one spot on Google.

A very overlooked approach is most people will create a Adsense based website and then upload it to their server without doing any form of traffic generation, just hoping that they will receive visitors out of thin air.  The real secret is to spend the majority of your time submitting your website to directories, creating more unique content, and updating a new page to your site once a week.  This will show natural growth which the search engines absolutely love, so don’t worry in time your website will gain higher rank in the searches resulting in more organic visitors.

Here is another Adsense Secret if you want to be super productive with your Adsense Business you should think about outsourcing some of the work.  This will get you out of the ‘Grunt Work” cause instead of spending your time submitting your site to directories and trying to build back links, you can be spending your time working on creating unique articles and finding new niches to tap into.

Just remember, if you can build one site per week and spend time promoting your website you will be seeing a passive stream of income slowly start to flow in, and this flow can continue months and months if not years into the future with little or no maintenance.  This is the ultimate goal, to create a passive income that will exceed what your normal daily expenses are! And for some this may not be much, even $100 a day in passive income would change a lot of people’s lifestyle!

Just stay focused and be patient and remember that all of this hard work will eventually pay off!

Finding that “Magical” time for Article Marketing!

By Tuan Vy On May 15, 2009 No Comments

What I mean by finding that “magical” time for Article Marketing is understanding what time and this is different for everybody that you find yourself having the most ideas and when your creative juices are flowing at its peak.

I find that after a night of laying in bed thinking I tend to wake up with so many ideas about things that I want to write about.  For me this is my magical time to pump out all of my ideas before they dissapear forever from my memory.

So what I do is grab a quick breakfast, fire up my laptop, then open up my word processing program and begin writing since for me this is the best time to capture my greatest thoughts.  Now this could be different for everybody, some people may find that their best time to write is before bed, some may find it in the mid day or before lunch either way everybody should notice a time of day that they notice is most enjoyable to write articles.

On a typical day I can write anywhere from around three 250-500 word articles to five.  Now that may be hard for most people to do, but sticking to writing atleast 1 article a day is a good goal to get started with.  That’s 30 a month/360 a year give or take..not bad at all if you look at it like that.

Once you write an article, proof read it and go ahead and submit it to various article directories, I suggest going to www.EzineArticles.com, if your not an author yet I really suggest you sign up for their free membership and start submitting your written work and start getting some highly targeted visitors to your website.

I tend to find that it is more productive to write a handful of articles at one time and then just save them to your desktop, and then choose a day to submit all of those articles.

Here is a cool tip -

On the day that you choose to submit your articles try to submit 1 article and then wait 2-3 hours before submitting the next, and so on and so on.  This way all of your articles will get approved all around the same time gaining more exposure for you as more people will notice your work as they appear next to each other.  Also this gives you more of a chance to have your articles appear in the most viewed section on Ezines, resulting in more and more exposure.

Writing articles is a skill and can be a pain in the rear for alot of people, most writers will face writer’s block as they sit starring at the front of the comptuer screen trying to figure out what they should write about…this is a natural thing and as time progresses you’ll get better at writing articles.  Try to write articles as though you are speaking to a close friend, this way the words will just flow and your articles will sound more smoother to your readers and be more enjoyable to read. If you still find it difficult to write articles don’t worry, the great thing about this business is that if you can’t do it you can damn near outsource any if not all of the work by searching on websites like www.Elance.com.

You may find that as your online business grows it is very unproductive to spend your time doing all the ‘grunt work’ and it’s more beneficial to just hire others to do so.  Remember, it’s all about writing little checks and cashing bigger checks so make sure to be as productive as you can!

So find that time of day that you can focus your energy on and use that magical time to capture some of your best material!

You’ll thank yourself later for it -

Another Day, Another Learning Curve..Get Productive!

By Tuan Vy On May 13, 2009 No Comments

As you get more and more into the world of Internet Marketing you’ll soon learn that there just so much information to soak in that it can be overwhelming, you ever heard the term “Information Overload?”  Well this can be a discouraging thing.. You’ll spend the majority of the day reading, browsing, and soaking up all of this information yet at the end of the day you really haven’t done anything productive towards your business.

Let me give you an example -

You power up your computer and you and spend some time reading the emails, maybe get sucked into a few sales promotions that you received and end up spending some more time reading the sales letter pages….then you decide to check out if you got any new messsages or friend requests on your myspace or facebook account.  Then after spending some time replying to everyone you check up on some of your visitor stats from last night on your web page, then you punch in your domain and end up going over your webpage…twindling around here and there..Sounds familiar so far?? Then maybe hop on Youtube to browse around on some videos for a while, then you open up a ebook on Internet Marketing and spend more time reading through it..yada yada ya…

You get where I’m going with this.

After a few hours of really doing nothing productive you shutdown your computer and maybe grab a bite to eat and end up repeating this same routine the next time you open up your computer. Funny thing is you feel as though you’ve been productive but in reality you have done nothing towards the growth of your business..Nada, Zilch.  And this pattern repeats itself over and over daily, No wonder you feel as though your seeing no progress wanna know why?  It’s because your spending the majority of your time focusing on things that aren’t building  your business!  I know I’ve been there!

Let’s change all that around!

Instead of focusing on things that don’t bring in any money lets focus on some things that will. Try to focus on doing these productive things first before you reward yourself with spending time doing leisurely things on the Internet.

You can split it up like spend an hour doing something towards your business and then take a break for 30 minutes or so and enjoy some funny videos on youtube, something of that nature if your the type that can’t stay focused on a task without some break time. As long as you are doing more ‘work’ than ‘play’ you will be okay.

Anyhow, here are some things you can work on doing.

  1. Write 250-350 word Articles – This is content for your blogs, website, products, reviews, etc…
  2. Keyword and Product Research  – Finding new niches, New Keywords to use for you articles, headlines, and new possible niches to think about monetizing for profits.
  3. Web Site Design – Update your website, load up content, improve your conversions, learn more about it…etc..
  4. Write Emails – Contact JV partners, Reply to Customers, also these can be used for future email promotions in your Autoresponder series, save yourself the hassle and get some done and ahead of time.
  5. Learn Productive Things! - How to use that new software you got, web design, how to create a blog, how to do some html, how to set up an autoresponder, etc.. Doesn’t matter if you don’t know how to do so just spend some time learning the ropes, no ones gonna laugh at you if you mess up, I promise!  Getting hands on experience is worth sooo much more than just reading about how to do, trust me..give it a shot!

These are just a handful of things, I’m sure you can come up with a few more productive things but I wanted you to see what I mean by spending your time creating and building for your business instead unproductive things, you’ll be amazed at how much your business grows just by doing one thing a day, even if its small..it all adds up.

Everyday I learn something new, wether its how to use the latest video editing software, or some html stuff, or how to write a better article.. As long as your time is spent on something productive it’ll pay off in the long run, so if you feeling as though you’ve been a little unproductive then make sure the next time you fire up your computer to set a goal to get some work done first, you’ll thank yourself later for it!

Til next time,

Tuan
